Introduction
Tourtify is booking software for tour and activity operators. It gives you a fast, branded booking website, a booking engine that takes payments straight into your own account, and an operations console for everything that happens after the booking. You pay a flat monthly subscription: Tourtify never takes a commission on your bookings, and travellers never pay a hidden booking fee.
It suits day tours and activities (walking tours, food tours, boat trips, classes) as well as multi-day trips (treks, expeditions, safaris, cycling holidays) where you need itineraries, deposits, rooming and traveller paperwork.

How a booking flows
- A traveller finds your tour page through Google, social media or a link you shared.
- They pick a date, choose travellers (Adult, Child…) and any extras. Seats are held while they pay, so two people can never buy the last seat.
- They pay by card or another method you enabled. The money goes into your Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay or Khalti account.
- They receive a branded confirmation email with their booking page, receipt PDF and calendar file.
- You see the booking in the console, the departure's manifest updates, and any automations you enabled (reminders, balance charges, WhatsApp messages, webhooks) run on schedule.
