Create a tour
A tour is anything travellers book with you: a day tour, a multi-day trip, a rental or a pass. Each tour has its own page on your website, with prices, dates and a booking form. You can create unlimited tours on every plan.
Where to find it
Console › Tours › All tours › New tour
Before you start
Have these ready: a name, a short summary, a cover photo, the price per traveller type (for example Adult and Child) and at least one date. You can add everything else later.
Already have tours on another website?
Choose Import on the tours list to create a draft from an existing tour page. See Import a tour.
Create the tour
- Go to Tours and choose New tour.
- Enter a Name, for example "Sunset Kayak Tour", and choose Create tour.
- The tour editor opens on the Basics tab. The tour starts as a Draft: it isn't visible on your website yet.
Fill in the tabs
The tour editor has eight tabs. Work through them from left to right.

Basics
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Name | Shown as the page title and in listings |
| Web address | The slug, e.g. /tours/sunset-kayak-tour. Changing it later redirects the old address automatically. |
| Type | Day tour / activity, Multi-day trip, Rental or Pass / ticket |
| Time zone (where it happens) | Departure times are shown in this time zone |
| Duration | In days for multi-day trips, in minutes for day tours |
| Summary | One or two sentences shown on tour cards and at the top of the page |
Under Where & what, add destinations, activities and categories. They power your website's search filters and landing pages. Choose Save details and Save classification.
Publish the tour
The Publish checklist on the right tracks what's left: add an option, add traveller types, set prices, schedule departures, write the itinerary, add highlights and inclusions.
A tour can be published once it has:
- at least one option,
- at least one traveller type (for example Adult), and
- a price for at least one traveller type.
Choose Publish at the top of the editor. Choose View on website to check the live page. To take it offline, choose Unpublish.
Departures
A published tour without upcoming departures shows "No open dates right now" and invites an enquiry instead of a booking. Add departures before you promote it.
Manage your tours
The All tours list shows status, from-price, next departure, bookings in the last 30 days, seats booked and SEO score.
- Filter by Published, Drafts or Archived, and by type.
- Sort by newest, name, next departure, lowest price or most booked.
- Select several tours and use Bulk actions to publish or unpublish them.
