Where to find it
Console › Enquiries
The sidebar shows a badge with the number of new enquiries, and the dashboard lists "new enquiries to answer".
Where enquiries come from
| Type | Sent from |
|---|---|
| Enquiry | "Ask about this trip" on a tour page (always on for enquiry-only tours) |
| Sold out | A request for dates on a full or closed tour ("No open dates right now") |
| Contact | Your website's contact page, or the Contact block on your home page |
| Booking request | "Request to book" on tours in request-to-book mode |
Each enquiry has the traveller's name, email, phone, tour, number of travellers, preferred date and message. The traveller gets the Enquiry received email, and owners and admins get the New enquiry alert.

- New enquiries move to Contacted automatically.
You can change the Status at any time, for example to Lost when a traveller books elsewhere.
Turn an enquiry into a booking
- Open the enquiry and choose Create booking.
- The manual booking form opens with the traveller's details filled in.
- Check the tour, departure and travellers, add any payment collected, and choose Create booking.
The enquiry is marked Won.
Confirm a booking request
Booking requests already contain the exact departure and traveller mix.
- Open the request and choose Confirm as booking.
- Check the pre-filled booking ("Converting name's request…") and choose Create booking.
- On the new booking, choose Email payment link so the traveller can pay.
Respond within the hour
Travellers often enquire with several operators at once. Turn on email alerts for your team and, with WhatsApp notifications, reply where travellers are.
Spam protection
Forms use a hidden honeypot field and rate limits, so you get far less spam without making travellers solve puzzles.
