# Plans & billing

Tourtify has three plans. Every plan includes your booking website, unlimited tours, unlimited bookings and **0% commission**. Higher plans include everything in the plans below them.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are.

## What each plan adds

**Starter** — everything you need to sell online: website with six themes and the Theme Builder, custom domain, SEO, blog, tours, departures, checkout with holds, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay and Khalti, [deposits](/plugins/deposits), [promo codes](/plugins/promo-codes), [abandoned checkout recovery](/plugins/abandoned-checkout), [QR tickets](/plugins/qr-tickets), manifests, reviews, reports, [GA4](/plugins/google-analytics), [Meta Pixel](/plugins/meta-pixel) and the [WhatsApp chat button](/plugins/whatsapp-button).

**Growth** — adds four premium themes and the tools that raise order value and remove admin: [add-ons & extras](/plugins/add-ons-and-extras), [group discounts](/plugins/group-discounts), [dynamic pricing](/plugins/dynamic-pricing), [instalments](/plugins/instalments), [booking fees](/plugins/booking-fees), [currency switcher](/plugins/currency-switcher), [waitlist](/plugins/waitlist), [traveller forms](/plugins/traveller-forms), [waivers](/plugins/waivers), [tour guides](/plugins/tour-guides), [hotel booking](/plugins/hotel-booking), [external booking links](/plugins/external-booking-links), [WhatsApp notifications](/plugins/whatsapp-notifications) and your [own email server](/plugins/own-email-server).

**Scale** — adds [webhooks](/plugins/webhooks) to connect your CRM, accounting and automation tools, and the largest team and storage limits.

## Free trial

- 30 days, all features of your chosen plan, **no card required**.
- The console shows how many days are left.
- If the trial ends without a plan, online booking **pauses**. Your website and data are kept safe, and nothing is deleted.

## Change your plan

Open **Settings › Business › Plan & usage** to see your plan, team members and media storage used, and bookings in the last 30 days.

- **Upgrades** take effect immediately.
- **Downgrades** take effect at the start of your next billing period. Plugins your new plan doesn't include switch off then; their data is kept in case you upgrade again.
- If you have more team members than the new plan allows, remove some before downgrading.

## Pausing and cancelling

You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. A paused business keeps its tours, bookings, customers, pages and media. Choose a plan again and online booking resumes straight away.

## Payment processing fees

Tourtify doesn't charge transaction fees. Your payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Khalti) charges its own standard processing fee, which you agree with them directly.
