# Your console

The console at `app.tourtify.com` is where you and your team run the business. It works on a laptop and on a phone, in light or dark mode, and in eight languages.

## The dashboard

The dashboard answers "what needs my attention today?":

- **Setup checklist** until your business is ready: create your first tour, set prices, add departure dates, connect payments, publish your tour, use your own domain, invite your team, share your booking site.
- **Today and upcoming departures** with seats booked, held and remaining.
- **Revenue this month**, recent bookings and **balances** due soon or overdue.
- Items that need attention, such as payments to review.

## The sidebar

| **Bookings** | All bookings and Departures, plus pages added by plugins: Scan tickets, Abandoned checkouts, Hotel booking |
| **Enquiries** | Enquiry, sold-out and contact form leads, and booking requests |
| **Customers** | Everyone who booked or enquired, with their history |
| **Reviews** | Verified reviews to moderate and reply to |
| **Tours** | All tours, destinations, activities and categories, plus plugin pages such as Add-ons & extras, Group discounts, Dynamic pricing and Promo codes |
| **Reports** | Revenue, conversion, lead time, top tours, channels and balances, with CSV export |
| **Plugins** | Every plugin your plan includes, with switches and settings |
| **Website** | Pages (and Redirects), Blog (Categories, Tags), Media, Appearance (Customize, Menus, Announcement bar, Site details) |
| **Settings** | Business (Business details, Plan & usage, Payments, Taxes, Domain), Travellers (Emails, Own email server, Traveller details, WhatsApp), Team & tools (Team, Webhooks, Import) and Your account (Profile, Password, Display) |

What you see depends on your [role](/account/team-and-roles): a guide might only see bookings and the ticket scanner, while an owner sees everything.

## Search and the command palette

Press <kbd>⌘</kbd> <kbd>K</kbd> on a Mac, <kbd>Ctrl</kbd> <kbd>K</kbd> on Windows, or <kbd>/</kbd> anywhere to open the command palette. Search bookings by reference or traveller name, jump to a tour, or go straight to any page.

## Several businesses

If you run more than one brand, each is a separate business with its own website, team and data. Switch between them with the business switcher at the top of the sidebar.

## Working on a phone

The console is fully usable at phone width. Guides can open the day's manifest and [scan QR tickets](/plugins/qr-tickets) at the meeting point with their phone camera.
