# Reviews

Tourtify collects reviews from travellers who actually travelled with you. After each trip, the review request email asks them to rate it. You choose which ratings go live automatically, reply publicly and add reviews from other sites. Reviews show on tour pages, tour cards and a `/reviews` page, with stars in Google results.

## How reviews arrive

1. A day after the trip (you can change this), the traveller gets the **Review request** email.
2. They choose a star rating and write a review on your website.
3. The review is marked **Verified booking**.
4. Depending on your publishing setting, it goes live or waits in **Pending**.

## Choose what goes live automatically

Under **Publishing**, pick one:

- 4★ and 5★ go live automatically
- 5★ only go live automatically
- 3★ and up go live automatically
- Only after I approve them

Lower ratings wait in Pending for you to approve.

::: tip Send happy travellers to Google
After a good review, travellers are invited to share it on Google or Tripadvisor. Set that link in **Settings › Travellers › Emails › Review request**.

## Moderate reviews

Filter by status, tour or stars, and search the text. For each review:

- **Approve and publish** a pending review.
- **Hide from website** without deleting it.
- **Reply**: thank them and answer anything they raised. Replies show publicly under the review.
- **View booking**, **Edit review** or **Delete review** from the actions menu.

Select several reviews to **Publish** or **Hide** them in bulk.

## Add a review from another site

1. Choose **Add review**.
2. Choose where it's **From** (Google, Tripadvisor or another site) and add a **Link to the original** if you have one.
3. Enter the **Reviewer's name**, optional country and title, the **Rating** and the **Review** text.
4. Choose the **Tour**, or **Whole business**, and when they travelled.
5. Choose **Save**.

Imported reviews are published straight away and marked with their source.

## Where reviews appear

- Tour pages and tour cards (stars and count)
- Your `/reviews` page
- The Reviews home page block and the Review rating footer widget
- Google results: star ratings (AggregateRating) use **verified reviews only**, following Google's rules
